maintaining a safe platform that prevents the creation, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content
that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors.
This policy applies to all users, content, and activities on the Umblee platform worldwide.

1. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this policy:

Minor/Child: Any individual under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher

CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, including
photographs, videos, digital images, and computer-generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor

CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation): Any content, conduct, or activity that sexually exploits or abuses children,
including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and non-consensual sharing of intimate images of minors
2. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
The following is strictly prohibited on Umblee and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to law
enforcement and appropriate child protection authorities:
1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any sexually explicit images, videos, or depictions of minors
- Digitally created, AI-generated, or manipulated content depicting minors in sexual situations
- Cartoons, anime, drawings, or computer-generated imagery depicting minors in sexual contexts
- Any content that sexualizes children, even if not explicitly pornographic
2. Grooming and Solicitation
- Attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors for sexual purposes
- Requests for sexual images or videos from minors
- Sexual conversations or communications with minors
- Arranging to meet minors for sexual purposes
3. Sexualization of Minors
- Content that sexualizes, objectifies, or fetishizes children
- Inappropriate comments on content featuring minors
- Content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts, poses, or clothing
- Age-inappropriate sexual content directed at minors
4. Child Exploitation
- Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child trafficking
- Content depicting abuse, endangerment, or neglect of children
- Sextortion or blackmail targeting minors
- Non-consensual sharing of intimate images of minors ("revenge porn" involving minors)
- Content promoting child marriage or sexual relationships with minors
5. Facilitation of Child Exploitation
- Sharing methods or techniques for exploiting children
- Sharing links to external sites hosting CSAM
- Using Umblee to coordinate or facilitate child exploitation
- Attempting to buy, sell, or trade CSAM
3. AGE VERIFICATION AND MINOR PROTECTION
Umblee implements the following measures to protect minors:
- Minimum Age Requirement: Users must be at least 16 years old to use Umblee
- Age Verification: We require date of birth verification during registration
- Account Restrictions: We may restrict, suspend, or permanently disable accounts that cannot verify age eligibility
- Parental Consent: Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain parental or guardian consent

Community Moderation: We rely on our user community and moderation team to identify and report potential CSAE content
4. DETECTION AND ENFORCEMENT
Current Measures
Umblee currently employs the following child safety measures:

- Easy-to-use reporting tools on all content
- Dedicated "Child Safety" report category
- Anonymous reporting options
- Priority review of all child safety reports
2. Human Moderation
- Trained content moderators review all reported content
- Expedited review process for child safety reports (within 24 hours)
- Escalation protocols for suspected CSAE
3. User Safety Tools
- Block, hide, and report features available to all users
- Account restrictions for users who cannot verify age
Future Enhancements
We are committed to continuously improving our child safety measures. Planned enhancements include:
- Automated image and video scanning technology
- Machine learning systems to detect potential CSAE content
- Pattern detection for grooming behavior and suspicious communications
- Enhanced age verification systems
Enforcement Actions
When CSAE content or conduct is identified, we take immediate action:
- Immediate Content Removal: CSAE content is removed as soon as it is identified
- Account Termination: Permanent ban with no possibility of reinstatement
- Device and IP Bans: Prevention of account recreation
- Law Enforcement Reporting: Mandatory reporting to appropriate authorities
- Child Protection Authority Reporting: Reports filed with relevant organizations as required by law
- Preservation of Evidence: Content and account data preserved for law enforcement investigation
5. REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES
Umblee complies with all applicable laws regarding reporting of CSAE. We report suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities based on the
location of the user, content, and our operations:
Canada (Primary Jurisdiction)
- Cybertip.ca: Canadian Centre for Child Protection - We report all CSAM to Cybertip.ca as required by Canadian law
- RCMP and Local Police: Direct reporting for Canadian users and content when appropriate
United States
- NCMEC CyberTipline: We file reports for apparent CSAM violations involving US users pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A

Preservation Requests: We preserve reported content and associated data for 90 days, extendable upon law enforcement
request
European Union / United Kingdom
- INHOPE Network: Reports filed through appropriate EU/UK hotlines
- Local Authorities: Cooperation with national law enforcement agencies
International
- INTERPOL: Cooperation with international law enforcement through appropriate channels
- Local Authorities: Reporting to relevant authorities in users' jurisdictions as required by local law
All suspected CSAM is reported to the appropriate authorities within 24 hours of becoming aware of it.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
All Umblee users are expected to:

Report Suspected CSAE: Immediately report any suspected child exploitation content or behavior using our in-app reporting
tools
- Do Not Engage: Do not interact with, share, or download suspected CSAE content
- Do Not Investigate: Do not attempt to investigate suspected predators yourself - report to us and law enforcement
- Protect Minors: Take responsibility for supervising minor users in your care
- Verify Age: Ensure you meet the minimum age requirement and provide truthful age information
Our platform's safety depends on our community. If you see something concerning, report it immediately.
7. HOW TO REPORT CSAE
If you encounter content or behavior that exploits or endangers children:
On Umblee:
- In-App Reporting: Tap the three-dot menu (•••) on any post, profile, or comment

Select "Report" and choose "Child Safety" or "Exploitation of Minors" as the reason
- Provide Details: Include any context that helps us investigate quickly

Important: Do not share, forward, or screenshot suspected CSAM - this may violate laws. Simply report it through the appropriate
channels.
8. FALSE REPORTS
While we encourage reporting of any content that may violate this policy, knowingly filing false reports of CSAE is:
- A violation of Umblee's Terms of Service
- Subject to account termination
- Potentially illegal and may be reported to law enforcement
We understand mistakes happen. Good faith reports made with genuine concern for child safety will never result in penalties, even if the
content is ultimately found not to violate our policies.
9. CONTENT INVOLVING MINORS - ACCEPTABLE USE
We recognize that families and communities naturally share appropriate, non-exploitative content featuring children. The following is
generally acceptable:
✅ Allowed:
- Family photos in appropriate contexts (birthdays, holidays, community activities)
- Children participating in community good deeds (appropriately clothed, non-sexualized)
- Educational content about child safety and protection
- News and awareness content about child protection issues (without explicit imagery)
❌ Not Allowed:
- Close-ups of children's bodies or body parts
- Children in minimal clothing (swimwear, underwear) even in non-sexual contexts
- Bath time, toilet training, or other private moments
- Sleeping children in vulnerable positions
- Any content that could be repurposed for exploitation
When in doubt, don't post. If content features minors, ask yourself: "Could this content be misused or make the child vulnerable?" If the
answer is yes, do not post it.

13. LEGAL FRAMEWORK
This policy is designed to comply with:
